REPUBLICAN PRIMARY ELECTION NIGHT RETURNS:  may be viewed at the Texas Secretary of State website via this link.

Help represent Republicans in your Precinct at the County party level. Help notify voters when important GOP candidate appearances & events are coming up. Meet fellow Republicans. Learn more firsthand about how our government works. Encourage like-minded community leaders to run as Republicans. Meet candidates and elected officials. Candidates are often seeking area volunteers to work locally on their campaigns. Participation helps the election system work in a more bipartisan manner by making sure that we have a Republican Precinct Chairman and Republican Election Workers in each Precinct. If you do not know your Precinct voting box number, just check near your Year of Birth on your Jefferson County Texas voter certificate, if need be, and get in touch with us about possibly serving.

The Jefferson County Republican Party Precinct Chairs List and contact info may viewed by clicking here. Updates and corrections will be made as they are received. Every two years a new APPLICATION FORM to serve as a Jefferson County Precinct Chair needs to be completed and notarized at the JCRP meeting. These simple forms are available at meetings. Or you may run a print of the Precinct Chair application form in pdf format which is the first item on the list of forms at this website on the JCRP "Online Forms" webpage at http://www.jeffcorp.org/forms.php. Then you may either bring it to the meeting to complete there, OR you may complete the form ahead of time, have it notarized, and bring it with you to the meeting ready-to-turn-in. Please get the form to Vice Chairman David Carter as soon as possible.   You may contact David Carter at 409-722-7259 or email him at: dcarter11@sbcglobal.net for any further details.

Precinct Assistants are needed as well:   If your Precinct happens to already have an active Precinct Chair you can still volunteer to help as an assistant. Precinct team efforts help divide and conquer the jobs that need done. Do you have a favorite candidate you would like to help? Links to their campaign are found on the Candidate Links page.  We hope that much-needed Republican volunteers in Jefferson County will step forward and fill all these positions.   INDIVIDUALLY we can make a difference.   And UNITED we can get the job done!  Thank you!

To view the individual precinct maps, you can use the drop down box and view map button below. These 2004 maps have been updated from the 2002 maps. They are suitable for printing and are the most current precinct maps available from Jefferson County government.

In addition to the precinct maps, the links in this paragraph will give you access to overview maps of the County Commissioner Precincts and the Texas Senate Districts 4 and 17 boundaries within Jefferson County, Texas.   According to Jefferson County Engineer Ronald Westphal, as of 28 September 2007, these early 2004 county maps are the most current ones available and updates would usually only happen following the U.S. Census every 10 years.

The precinct maps are provided as PDF (Portable Document Format) files for use with Adobe Acrobat Reader. The Adobe Acrobat Reader is widely used on the Internet for viewing highly detailed information such as this.

If you don't already have it on your PC, you can download Acrobat Reader for free. Please note that the download is around 8 megabytes and may take a little while to complete for dial-up users.

Map Tips
The interactive County Commissioner and Senate District maps will take longer than the individual precinct maps to download. You may want to download the maps to your hard disk for later use. In addition, you can use the Acrobat magnifying glass icon to zoom in and the binocular icon to find streets.
